Australian, New Zealand and Japanese citizens intending to visit the Netherlands must be in possession of a passport which is valid for at least 6 months. EU citizens CAN enter the Netherlands with a national ID card.

A Schengen visa issued by an embassy or consulate of either Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, or Spain allows the holder to travel freely in all of these countries for up to 90 days.

Return Ticket: Not Required (except nationals of Australia and New Zealand)

Validity: 3 months from the date of issue (6 months for nationals of Japan). Visas cannot be extended.
