Canadians intending to visit Indonesia must be in possession of a passport which is valid for at least 6 month.

Tourist Visa: Not Required
Business Visa: Required
Student Visa: Required
Return Ticket: Required

Validity: Tourist visas are valid for 3 months from the date of issue for a maximum stay of 4 weeks. Single-entry Business/Social visas are valid for 3 months from the date of issue for a maximum stay of 60 days. Multiple-entry visas are valid for a maximum of 1 year, with the length of each stay lasting no longer than 60 days. Transit visas are valid for 90 days after the date of issue for a period of up to 14 days.

Note: East Timor is no longer a part of Indonesia. Those wishing to travel to this area should contact the nearest United Nations office in the country where they live. The United Nations is currently acting as the administrative authority in East Timor.
