U.S. Citizens
U.S. citizens intending to visit Tonga must be in possession of a passport and proof of sufficient funds.
Tourist Visa: Not Required (for less than 30 days)
Business Visa: Not Required (for less than 30 days)
Student Visa: Not Required (for less than 30 days)
Return Ticket: Required
Validity: Visitors are usually allowed stays of up to 30 days. Visas for stays of up to 3 months may also be issued on arrival. Extensions for a maximum of 6 months require permission from the Principal Immigration Officer.
