EU and Japanese citizens intending to visit Turkey must be in possession of a passport which is valid for at least 6 months. Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland citizens CAN enter Turkey with a national ID card.

Holders of valid Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and UK passports may obtain their visa upon arrival at any Turkish point of entry. Visas will be for multiple entry and valid for 3 months.
